The ITHF rules are, as far as I have skills to see, not always written in the best English. I'm sure you would find a lot to correct if you made a review of the rules documents.

Congrats to Roni who not only played great but also, as Hans/Agdur commented, seemed relaxed and self confident.
That's a big difference when it comes to the playoffs in this kind of tough tournament.
Congrats also o Fridell who became top Swede, not too bad.
And thanks to Hans and the rest (I'm nor sure who was involved) serving us at home with thrilling game videos. That was great!

A mini-table within a mini-table is too complicated and can lead to unsolvable dilemmas (player A having an advantage over player B, player B having an advantage over player C and player C having an advantage over player A etc).
I think the current rules are great, leaving no room for different interpretations.

The Rules are really not clear here. I think we have to check (and discuss) if a mini-table inside the mini-table should be considered first, or the puck difference should be taken into account.

The ITHF rules are not clear here. After "mutual points", "mutual goal difference" should be counted. So if we follow the rules strictly, it will be Åman - Pukinskis - Hermansson - Kudrytsky.
But I think it sounds reasonable to make the rules clearer.

Individual competition
Placement of players in particular groups will be decided by using the following criteria (in order as it is written):
1) overall number of points,
2) number of points from mutual matches of players with the same number of points,
3) goal difference (number of goals for minus number of goals against) from mutual matches,
and so on...
Your table says it all, nothing strange at all.

stöt på stillastående puck som går via sargen, egen eller motståndarens spelare är giltiga. det problematiska kan blir att avgöra om pucken gått via en spelare (sargen är oftast lätt av avgöra). därför avråds spelare att göra sådana mål.

Regel 6c är den gamla investeringsregeln, som gällde på spel tillverkade före 1998, och innebar att man inte fick göra mål med centern efter den ostoppbara passen från högerpacken.
Tyvärr är de svenska reglerna gamla och inte så tydliga, och en uppdatering är på väg. Därför kan det vara bäst att rådfråga de internationella:

Det är inte tillåtet att stöta pucken "direkt" i mål. Var gränsen mellan direkt och indirekt mål går är inte lätt att säga. Låt bli att stöta, så löser det sig.

Under "Regler" Paragraf 6: Mål) C) står det att "Regeln gäller inte längre." Vilken regel är det som inte gäller???
Sedan undrar jag om stöt på stillaliggandepuck som går via motståndares klubba, men inte nämnvärt ändrar riktning, räknas som mål?

Final placements after parallel groups are decided like this:
First, the players are sorted after placement in their group. I.e., place 17 and 18 will go to number 9 in each of the final groups.
Second, the players are sorted after points per game played, then goal difference per game played, and so on.
